With roasted onion gravy, broad beans and mashed potato, this was delicious. Can totally recommend this recipe if you like a nice bit of batter. We didn't have any of the expensive (bourgeois) stock to hand, so we just bunged in an oxo cube with the mustard/flour/onion roux and everything tasted fine. The whole meal took less than an hour to prepare, with the minimum of fuss. Top tea!
